I was absent last Friday so I didn’t receive the schedule for the semester; I hope to receive it soon. I know that there is going to be a lot of fun thing that we are going to do. I have read some of my classmate’s blogs and I see that we are going to see things in YouTube, Facebook and MySpace. I would like to know more about MySpace, Facebook and YouTube how did they started and how it is influencing our lives. This is a pretty cool class where we get involved with technology. I know that the assignments would be easy; I’ll just need to make time for it. I know I can pass this class, because its stuff I know how to work with. I hope this would be a great semester, my group members are pretty cool with me, and they seem to be good students.

Blog #3 -Writing to a Friend about an Unfair Grade (Fake Situation)

What’s up Alejandro
Guess what, Mrs. Crawford it’s about to drop me form her class. Remember that night I couldn’t go out with you, it was because I was doing an essay for her class. I spend all night doing that essay and she gave me a D. I think I really deserve that grade I did all my research and attended to all the classes that could help me, I even went to the writing center for help. I already talk to her and she told me that the only way to get a C that it was doing another essay; I don’t really know what’s wrong with the one I gave to her. I saw jesses paper and it was shorter than mine and he got a B, I cannot believe that. I also read Soledad’s paper and it wasn’t as interesting as mine and she got a B. I don’t know what to do, I’m thinking on going to talk with the writing center department to see what was the problem with the last paper and how I can fix it. If not I’ll have to start a new essay and this time I’ have to get at least a C because I can’t afford more nights without sleeping, I’m starting to do bad in the other classes, all because I have to stay awake all night doing her homework. I have to talk seriously with her about my grade I just don’t want to be dropped from her class. Well Alejandro I hope you are doing well in all of your classes, I would see you Friday take care.

I think that my writing process is not very different from others. Usually when I write it’s because there is a writing assignment for school or because I am trying to write a song. When I star writing I have to be alone and comfortable, I usually star writing on de living room and finish it on my bedroom. When I write my songs I have to be alone in the dark and it has to be really quiet, my brother knows that I don’t like to be interrupt when I’m writing. The times that he has tried to help me write we get frustrated and we don’t write anything.When I write papers for school I always do them in school, I dont realy like doing them in my house, because there is always someone doing noise.

technology in my life

I think we I have been involved with technology since I was little kid; I started by playing videogames and playing in the computer. My dad used to sell computers so I used to check them before they got sell. Then when I got older and went to middle school music became more interesting for me, I remember that I worked a summer just to get the money to buy one of the first mp3.
